Our First Client – Three Years On

Recently, we’ve been reminiscing about the early Trackpal days. Back in 2009 our very first client came on board – Australian marketing agency Switched On Media. It was an exciting time for Trackpal when we first started working with clients to learn how to provide the best possible service. We quickly learnt that it was particularly important to feature the most important data in reports, whilst cutting out on any meaningless and potentially confusing metrics. At this early point we realised that our clients need something that is fully customisable to their own brand’s look.

Since those early days we have seen Trackpal develop both as a service and as a business. Along with our pre-designed reports we also work closely with our clients to create reports that not only perfectly present their chosen data, but also represent their brand.

On the business side of things, we have seen our client base grow substantially. The size of our team has also quadrupled in size in the last 3 years and we’re on the lookout to hire more staff in the near future. Despite the growth we’ve seen over the last three years we still see ourselves as a relatively new and developing company. We’re continually aiming to improve our service and always love to take comments and suggestions on board. Everything you tell us goes onto the development to-do list, so the more we hear the better Trackpal becomes.

We promise never to get too big for our boots and always want to make sure that we are providing the best possible service to our clients. Ultimately, we want to help out clients save money by making their reporting more profitable.

We’re not going to forget our very first client, Switched On Media, who’s been with us from the start. Let’s take a look at how the team there have used Trackpal over the last three years.

Why has Switched On Media stayed with Trackpal?

We’re proud to report that over the last three years Switched On Media has stayed loyal to us despite having trialed other ranking tools from the likes of the big names out there – SEOmoz and Raven Tools.

The team at Switched On Media found that these ranking tools didn’t offer the whole package. In there own words they say that they “haven’t found a company that could offer customisation of reports to the same degree that Trackpal can” .
